                    Supplement Contribution Amendment to the Administrative Agreement between the
                    Royal Kingdom of Denmark, through the Royal Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
                    and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International
                    Development Association concerning the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Mainstreaming
                    Disaster Reduction of the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery
                    (TF070611)

            Dear Mr. Jensen:

            1.       We refer to the Administration Agreement between the Royal Kingdom of Denmark,
            acting through the Royal Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (the “Donor�), and the International
            Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“IBRD�) and the International Development
            Association (“IDA�) (collectively, the “Bank�) concerning the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for
            Mainstreaming Disaster Reduction of the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery
            (GFDRR Track 2 MDTF) (TF070611), effective September 27, 2007, as amended (“the
            Administration Agreement�).

            2.      We are pleased to acknowledge on behalf of the Bank, the intention of the Donor to make
            available a supplemental contribution to the Trust Fund in the amount of five million Danish
            Kroner (DKK 5,000,000) (the “Supplemental Contribution�).

            3.       The Donor shall deposit the Supplemental Contribution into such bank account
            designated by the Bank promptly following countersignature of this Amendment by the Donor
            and submission of a payment request by the Bank.

            4.       When making the deposit, the Donor shall instruct its bank to include in its payment
            details information (remittance advice) field of its SWIFT payment message, information
            indicating: the amount paid, that the payment is made by Donor for TF070611 (GFDRR Track 2
            Multi-Donor Trust Fund), and the date of the deposit. In addition, the Donor shall provide a copy
            of the Donor’s deposit instruction to the Bank’s Accounting Trust Funds Division by e-mail sent
            to tfremitadvice@worldbank.org or by fax sent to (202) 614-1315.

5.      In the event that the holding currency of the Trust Fund is not in the currency of the
Supplemental Contribution, the Bank shall convert the funds into the holding currency of the
Trust Fund promptly following receipt of the funds, provided that all the necessary
documentation has been received, at the exchange rate obtained by the Bank on the date of the
conversion. In all cases, where the Supplemental Contribution proves to be insufficient to
complete the activities as a result of an exchange rate fluctuation, neither the Bank nor the Donor
shall bear any responsibility for additional financing.

6       All other terms of the Administration Agreement shall remain the same.

7.      The Bank will disclose this Amendment and related information on this Trust Fund in
accordance with the World Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering into this
Amendment, the Donor consents to disclosure of this Amendment and related information on this
Trust Fund.

8.       Please confirm your understanding to the foregoing, on behalf of the Donor, by signing,
dating, and returning to us one of the enclosed originals of this Amendment. Upon receipt by the
Bank of the original of this Amendment countersigned by you, this Amendment will become
effective as of the countersignature.
