The project will be closed on December 31 as per the Financial Agreement, as amended. During the 4-month grace period (January 1 - April 30, 2011), the Recipient will (i) maintain a core management team at the GLIA secretariat; (ii) undertake a final independent financial audit of the project accounts; (iii) provide support to the Bank team in the preparation of the Implementation Completion and Results (ICR) report. During the same period, any pending payments under the project's financing shall be processed, provided that goods and/or services correspond to eligible expenditures and have been delivered prior to December 31, 2010. The Recipient shall use the ongoing BSS results and final evaluation to provide ICR team with relevant information. Restructuring History There has been no restructuring to date.
