IFC Road Map, FY 13-15 – Creating Innovative Solutions in Challenging Times

1.      The Committees met jointly to discuss the paper entitled IFC Road Map, FY 13-15 – Creating
Innovative Solutions in Challenging Times (IFC/SecM2012-0012).           The committees reported the
highlights and conclusions of their discussion to the Board (BC/GS2012-0002; CODE/GS2012-0010).

Date of Next Meeting

2.     The Budget Committee was scheduled to meet on March 28, 2012 jointly with the Audit
Committee. CODE will hold its Retreat on April 27, 2012. The next formal CODE meeting was
scheduled for April 30, 2012.
