Most of activities were completed, but some are in still underway. Component 1. To improve institutional framework and to build capacity of newly established Complaints Review Commission. Regulation on Complaint Review Commission was revised and approved by the Order of the Ministry of Finance in October 2017. Effective and efficient system for handling complaints will be enhanced with the newly adopted Regulation. Component 2. Developing Curriculum for advance procurement training, preparing training. Development of the curriculum for advance procurement training, preparation of training modules and conducting the training of trainers and pilot trainings for 450 procurement specialists, were completed successfully. Component 3. Public Procurement Certification and development of electronic testing module. Certification examination system is under development will be tested shortly and final acceptance shall take place by February 2018. Classroom for electronic test was fully equipped in November 2017. The project is on the way to meet PDO.
