Re: Turkey - Fourth Export Finance Intermediation Project (Loan No. 7539 TU)
Reallocation ofLoan Proceeds
We refer to the Loan Agreement dated May 28, 2008, for the above referenced Project,
between Torkiye thracat Kredi Bankasi A.S. (EXIMBANK, the Borrower) and the International
Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank), and the Guarantee Agreement for the
Project of the same date between the Republic of Turkey and the Bank.
We also refer to the request from EXIMBANK (the Borrower) dated May 27, 2013, to
reallocate US$1.547,380.12 from Category (2) Consultants' Services and Goods for Part C of the
Project, to Category (1) Sub-loans, and the Turkish Treasury's confirmation of the same (as the
Guarantor) dated April 30, 2013.
I am pleased to inform you that the Bank concurs with your request. Accordingly, the
amounts of the Loan allocated in Dollars and now reallocated to the different categories are as
follows:
