Amendment to the Grant Agreement
Excellency:
We refer to the grant agreement between Mongolia (the "Recipient") and the International Bank
for Reconstruction and Development and International Development Association (collectively, "World
Bank"), both acting as administrator of the Mongolian Third Sustainable Livelihoods Project Single-
Donor Trust Fund, dated July 31, 2015 (the "Grant Agreement") for the co-financing of the above-
referenced Project.
We note that, due to an oversight, the Grant Agreement incorrectly indicates the date of January
30, 2015 as the cut-off date for retroactive financing, rather than May 26, 2015, which is the date on
which the Donor agreed to co-finance the Project. Accordingly, the World Bank proposes to replace the
date of "January 30, 2015" in Section IV.B.1 of Schedule 2 to the Grant Agreement with "May 26, 2015".
All other provisions of the Grant Agreement remain unchanged.
Please confirm your agreement to the foregoing on behalf of the Recipient by countersigning and
dating the corresponding form of confirmation set forth below, and returning one fully countersigned
original of this letter to us. Upon receipt by the World Bank of the original of this letter of amendment
countersigned by you, this letter of amendment shall become effective as of July 31, 2015.
