Amendment No. I to the Administration Agreement between the Ministrq of Finance of the
People's Republic of China and the International Bank for Reconstruction and
Development concerning the Global Infrastructure Facility ("GIF") Trust Fund
(MTO No. 069027)
1.    Reference is made to the Administration Agreement between the Ministry of Finance
of the People's Republic of China (the "Funding Partner") and the International Bank
for Reconstruction and Development ("IBRD") as trustee of the GIF Trust Fund (the
"Trustee" and together with the Funding Partner, the "Parties" and each a "Party")
regarding the GIF Trust Fund (MTO No. 069027). effective as of December 29, 2015
(the '"Administration Agreement").
2.    The Trustee acknowledges that the Funding Partner agrees to provide a supplemental
contribution (the "Contribution") in the following amounts: (a) four million five
hundred thousand United States Dollars (USD 4,500,000) ("Portion A of the
Contribution") and (b) five hundred thousand United States Dollars (USD 500,000)
("Portion B of the Contribution") for the GIF Trust Fund, in accordance with the terms
of this Amendment and as further described in paragraph 4 below.
3.    The Contribution shall be administered by the Trustee on behalf of the Funding Partner
in accordance with the terms of the Administration Agreement, including the "Standard
Provisions applicable to the GIF Trust Fund" (the "Standard Provisions") attached as
Annex I to the Administration Agreement. Capitalized terms used in this Amendment
and that are not defined shall have the meanings given to them in the Administration
Agreement and/or the GIF Partnership Framework adopted by the Governing Council
in 2015 as may be amended from time to time in accordance with its terms (the "GIF
Partnership Framework").
4.    The  Funding  Partner hereby  authorizes the Trustee, promptly following
countersignature of this Amendment, to transfer the Contribution to the GIF Trust Fund
in accordance with the following:
(a) with respect to Portion A of the Contribution, from the China-World Bank
Group Partnership Facility Pre-Paid Trust  Fund  Original Account
(Trust Fund No. 072456); and
(b) with respect to Portion B of the Contribution, from the China-World Bank
Group Partnership Facility Pre-Paid  Trust  Fund  Parallel Account
(Trust Fund No. 073501).
5.    All other terms of the Administration Agreement shall remain the same.
6.    The Trustee shall disclose this Amendment in accordance with the Trustee's PolicYon
Access to Information. By entering into this Amendment, the Funding Partner consents
to such disclosure.


7.    Each of the Parties represents. by confirming its acceptance below, that it is authorized
to enter into this Amendment and act in accordance with its provisions. The Trustee
and the Funding Partner are each requested to sign and date this Amendment, and upon
possession by the Trustee of this fully signed Amendment, this Amendment will
become effective as of the date of the last signature.
