The Executive Directors considered the President's Memorandum and Recommendation (IDA/R2012-0040, dated February 27, 2012) and approved the development policy grant to Rwanda for a   Support to the Social Protection System (SSPS-I) Operation in the amount of SDR 26.1 million (US$40 million equivalent) on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum.   Guinea - Grant - Economic Governance, Technical Assistance and Capacity Building Public   Project   3. The Executive Directors considered the President's Memorandum and Recommendation (IDA/R2012-0048, dated February 29, 2012) and approved the grant to Guinea for an Economic   Governance, Technical Assistance and Capacity Building Public Project in the amount of SDR 6.5 million (US$10 million equivalent) on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum.   Pakistan - Loan and Credit - Tarbela Fourth Extension Hydropower Project   4. The Executive Directors considered the President's Memorandum and Recommendation   (R2012-0036[IDA/R2012-0044], dated February 29, 2012) and approved the loan and the credit to Pakistan for a Tarbela Fourth Extension Hydropower Project in the amounts of US$400 million and SDR   283.7 million (US$440 million  equivalent), respectively, on the payment terms and other terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum. Georgia - Loan - Regional Development Project 5. The Executive Directors approved the loan to Georgia for a Regional Development Project in the amount of US$60 million on the payment terms and other terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2012-0038, dated February 29, 2012). The Executive Directors approved the additional financing credit to Moldova for a Quality Education in the Rural Areas of Moldova Project in the amount of SDR 700,000 (US$1 million   equivalent) on the payment terms and other terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2012-0043, dated February 29, 2012).   Pakistan - Credit - Punjab Irrigated Agriculture Productivity Improvement Program Project   7. The Executive Directors approved the credit to Pakistan for a Punjab Irrigated Agriculture   Productivity Improvement Program Project in the amount of SDR 161.2 million (US$250 million equivalent) on the payment terms and other terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum   (IDA/R2012-0045, dated February 29, 2012).   Adjournment   8.
