Framework Review - Phase I: Guidelines for Cross-Country Redeployment/Recruitment of Locally
Recruited Staff (HRC2012-0002). The highlights and conclusions of its discussion were circulated to the
Board (HRC/GS2012-0004).

Date of Next Meeting

2.    The Committee was scheduled to meet on May 2, 2012 to discuss World Bank Group
Compensation and Benefits Review Update.
