Amendment No. 2 to the Administration Arrangement between the United Kingdom of Great Britain
and Northern Ireland acting through the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (formerly
 the Department for International Development) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and
Development and the International Development Association and International Finance Corporation
    regarding the Umbrella Facility for Trade Multi-Donor Trust Fund (Trust Fund No. 072808)

1.      Reference is made to the Administration Arrangement between the United Kingdom of Great
Britain and Northern Ireland, acting through the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office
(formerly, the Department for International Development) (the “Donor”) and the International Bank for
Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association (collectively, the “Bank”)
and International Finance Corporation (“IFC”) (the Bank and IFC collectively referred to as the
“Participating World Bank Group (WBG) Organizations” and together with the Donor, the “ Participants”
and each a “Participant”) regarding the Umbrella Facility for Trade Multi-Donor Trust Fund (Trust Fund
No. 072808) (the “Trust Fund”) effective as of December 14, 2017, as amended (the “Administration
Arrangement”).

2.      The Bank acknowledges that the Donor has decided to provide the sum of forty-one thousand three
hundred twenty-one United States Dollars and fifty-seven cents (USD 41,321.57) and any investment
income earned until the date of transfer referred to in paragraph 3 below (the “Contribution”) for the Trust
Fund in accordance with the terms of the Administration Arrangement.

3.       The Donor hereby authorizes the IFC, promptly following countersignature of this Amendment, to
transfer the Contribution from the Trade Facilitation Support to Middle Income Countries Trust Fund (Trust
Fund No. 073370) to this Trust Fund.

4.      All other terms of the Administration Arrangement will remain the same.

5.       Each of the Participants represents, by confirming its acceptance below, that it is authorized to enter
into this Amendment and act in accordance with its provisions. The Participating WBG Organizations and
the Donor are each requested to sign and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this
fully signed Amendment, this Amendment will come into effect as of the date of the last signature.
