Key Performance Indicators
We refer to paragraph 2 (b) of Schedule 4 to the above-mentioned Interim Fund
Development Credit Agreement and to the Government of Kenya's undertaking therein to
monitor and evaluate the execution of the Project in accordance with indicators
satisfactory to the Association. Attached to this letter are the said indicators,
which shall be subject to modification from time to time in consultation with the
Association to better meet the objectives of the Project.
