Afghanistan – Grant – COVID-19 Relief Effort for Afghan Communities and Households (REACH) Project and Afghanistan – Grant – Emergency Agriculture and Food Supply (EATS) Project 2. The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (IDA/R2020-0302; /2, dated July 29, 2020 and July 31, 2020, respectively) and approved the grant in the amount of SDR 112.7 million (US$155 million equivalent) to Afghanistan for the COVID-19 Relief Effort for Afghan Communities and Households (REACH) Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum. 3. The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (IDA/R2020-0301; /2, dated July 29, 2020 and July 31, 2020, respectively) and approved the grant in the amount of SDR 40 million (US$55 million equivalent) to Afghanistan for the Emergency Agriculture and Food Supply (EATS) Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum. Kyrgyz Republic – Additional Financing – CASA 1000 Community Support Project (COVID-19 Response) 3. The Executive Directors approved on July 30, 2020 the additional credit in the amount of SDR 7.7 million (US$10.5 million equivalent) and additional grant in the amount of SDR 7.7 million (US$10.5 million equivalent) to Kyrgyz Republic for the CASA 1000 Community Support Project (COVID-19 Response) on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2020-0288, dated July 21, 2020). Kyrgyz Republic – Credit and Grant – Emergency Support for MSME’s Project 4. The Executive Directors approved on July 30, 2020 the credit in the amount of SDR 18.3 million (US$25.0 million equivalent) and grant in the amount of SDR 18.3 million (US$25.0 million equivalent) to Kyrgyz Republic for the Emergency Support for MSMEs Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2020-0292 , dated July 21, 2020). Kyrgyz Republic – Credit and Grant – Social Protection Emergency Response and Delivery Systems Project 5. The Executive Directors approved on July 30, 2020 the credit in the amount of SDR 18.3 million (US$25.0 million equivalent) and grant in the amount of SDR 18.3 million (US$25.0 million equivalent) to Kyrgyz Republic for the Social Protection Emergency Response and Delivery Systems Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2020-0291 , dated July 21, 2020). Moldova – Third Additional Financing for the Agriculture Competitiveness Project 6. The Executive Directors approved on July 30, 2020 the additional credit in the amount of EUR 13.5 million (US$15.0 million equivalent) to Moldova for the Third Additional Financing for the Agriculture Competitiveness Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2020-0279, dated July 13, 2020). Mauritania – COVID-19 Emergency Development Policy Operation 8. The Executive Directors approved on July 31, 2020 the development policy grant in the amount of SDR 51.1 million (US$70.0 million equivalent) to Mauritania for the COVID-19 Emergency Development Policy Operation on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2019-0278, dated July 10, 2020). The Executive Directors approved on July 31, 2020 the credit in the amount of SDR 145.4 million (US$200 million equivalent) Pakistan for the Actions to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Education Program-for-Results on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2020-0282, dated July 14, 2020) Pakistan – Credit – Locust Emergency and Food Security Project 11. The Executive Directors approved on July 31, 2020 the credit in the amount of SDR 145.4 million (US$200 million equivalent) of which SDR 90,875,000 (US$125 million equivalent) is from the IDA19 Regional Windows to Pakistan for the Locust Emergency and Food Security Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2020-0294, dated July 22, 2020). Niger – Credit and Grant – Governance of Extractive for Local Development and COVID-19 Response Project 12. The Executive Directors approved on August 3, 2020 the credit in the amount of EUR 45.0 million (US$50 million equivalent) and the grant in the amount of SDR 36.5 million (US$50 million equivalent) to Niger for the Governance of Extractive for Local Development and COVID-19 Response Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2020-0286, dated July 15, 2020). United Nations Office for Project Services – Grant – South Sudan Enhancing Community Resilience and Local Governance Project 13. The Executive Directors approved on August 3, 2020 the grant in the amount of SDR 32.8 million (US$45.0 million equivalent) to the United Nations Office for Project Services (for the benefit of the people of the Republic of South Sudan) for the South Sudan Enhancing Community Resilience and Local Governance Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2020-0296, dated July 23, 2020). Indonesia – Investment in PT Trans Copora for the RSE Trans Corp Project – Investment under the IFC Fast-Track COVID-19 Facility 16.
