Reallocation of Expenditure Components 
 
We refer to the Fiscal Agency Agreement, dated June 5, 2009, (the Fiscal Agency 
Agreement) between the International Development Association, acting as Trustee for the 
Multi  Donor  Trust Fund for Aceh and North Sumatra  (the Trustee)  and  the  United 
Nations Development Programme (the Partner Agency) for the above-referenced project.  
Terms used but not defined in this letter of amendment have the meanings given to them in 
the Fiscal Agency Agreement. 
We refer also to the request of the Partner Agency, dated June 29, 2010, for 
reallocation of expenditure components. 
The Trustee agrees to the request, and accordingly, the table in paragraph 1 of 
Schedule 2 to the Fiscal Agency Agreement is amended as set out below.

Except as specifically amended by the provisions of this letter of amendment, all terms and 
conditions of the Fiscal Agency Agreement otherwise remain in full force and effect.  The above 
amendment shall enter into effect on the date of the Partner Agency’s countersignature of this letter.  
Please confirm your agreement to the foregoing by signing and dating the enclosed duplicate of this letter 
in the space provided and returning it to us.
