Amendment No. 3 to the Administration Agreement between Sweden, represented by Swedish
International Development Cooperation Agency and the International Bank for Reconstruction and
Development and the International Development Association regarding the Turkey Improved Equity and
Social Services Project Single-Donor Trust Fund (No. TF072415/SIDA Contribution No. 55020267)
1.     Reference is made to the Administration Agreement between the Sweden, represented by the
Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (the "Donor") and the International Bank for
Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association (collectively, the "Bank")
regarding the Turkey Improved Equity Social Services Project Single-Donor Trust Fund No. TF072415
(the "Trust Fund") effective as of July 21, 2015 (the "Administration Agreement").
2.     The Donor and the Bank have agreed to extend the completion of date of the Trust Fund from
October 31, 2020 to October 31, 2021. Therefore, the Bank proposes to amend Section 4.01 of the
Agreement as follows:
"Section 4.01 The Grant funds may be used to finance expenditures for the Project commencing
on the date the Administration Agreement is countersigned and ending on October 31, 2021. The
Bank may make disbursements of the Grant funds for up to six (6) months after such later date for
expenditures incurred on or before such date, in accordance with the Bank's applicable policies and
procedures"
3.     All other terms of the Administration Agreement shall remain the same.
4.     The Bank shall disclose this Amendment in accordance with the Bank's Policy on Access to
Information. By entering into this Amendment, the Donor consents to such disclosure.


5.     Each of the Donor and the Bank represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is authorized
to enter into this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Donor and the
Bank are requested to sign and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed
Amendment, this Amendment shall become effective as of the date of the last signature.
