WBG HR Fundamentals Working Group - Consultation on Draft Recommendations
1.       The Committee considered the document entitled “WBG HR Fundamentals Working Group -
Consultation on Draft Recommendations� (HRC2017-0010). A report from the Committee to the Board
will be prepared.

The World Bank Quarterly Business and Risk Review - World Bank Group Overview of Financial
Performance, Operational Deliverables and Staffing - FY17 Q3 and The WB Quarterly Business
and Risk Review for FY 17 Q3 - Part A
2.      The Committee considered the document entitled “Quarterly Business and Risk Review – WBG
Overview of Financial Performance, Operational Deliverables, and Staffing� for Q3 FY17 (SecM2017-
0163 [IDA/SecM2017-0075, IFC/SecM2017-0061, MIGA/SecM2017-0049]) and Quarterly Business and
Risk Review – Part A for Q3 FY17 (SecM2017-0164 [IDA/SecM2017-0076, IFC/SecM2017-0062,
MIGA/SecM2017-0050]). A report from the Committee to the Board will be prepared.

Date of next meeting
3.      The committee is scheduled to meet jointly with the Budget Committee on June 5, 2017 to
discuss the 2017 Review of Staff Compensation for the World Bank Group.

4.    The meeting adjourned at 12:15 p.m.
