The Project is implemented by the Ministry of Education of Ethiopia, with the World Bank acting as Grant Agent on behalf of the GPE. The grant was declared effective on July 18, 2017. The task team in collaboration with development partners provides technical support to various implementing departments for the attainment of project development objectives.
