The Project Management Unit at SEIRHMA and the Project Implementation Unit at CAGEPA are progressing to advance technical and procurement documentation, so procurement of several Project activities can start immediately after Project effectiveness. The Bank Team will continue to support the Borrower with various experts, including procurement, wastewater treatment, water resources management, and non-revenue water specialists.
