                                    Resolution No. 640

          Transfer from IBRD Surplus to the Global Infrastructure Facility


RESOLVED:

     THAT the Bank transfers from surplus, by way of grant, US$ 15,000,000 as of the
effective date of this resolution to the Global Infrastructure Facility, such transfer to be
drawn down by the Global Infrastructure Facility immediately upon its establishment as a
Partnership Program of the World Bank.
