Based on proposal design and works quantity,
the estimated cost is changed into 1.36 million
yuan RMB, instead of the original estimated cost
of 2.2 million yuan RMB.

The original contract A1-QFKZC2 (5.6 million
yuan RMB) is divided into two contracts for
implementation by step, i.e. A1-QFKZC2 (Stone
tablets and inscriptions restoration in Confucius
Temple, 4.2 million yuan RMB) and A1-QFKZC3
(Stone tablets and inscriptions sheltering in
Confucius Temple, 1.4 million yuan RMB). The
reasons are as follows. Design of the first part
has been already finished, ready for
implementation, while the design of sheltering
shed and pavilions of Chenghua & Hongzhi
tablets in the latter part haven't been started,
which means a later implementation.



Newly added, divided from the original
contract of A1-QFKZC2.
With an addition of ancient trees. The
estimated cost changed into 5.599 million
yuan RMB, instead of the original estimated
cost of 4.62 million yuan RMB.




Contents of the original contract of A3-
QFLGCC1 was adjusted. It will be
implemented by step based on current
situation. Those ready for construction
will be started first. This year we will
implement A3-QFLGCC1 (Middle ring road and
inner ring road for sightseeing at the
northeast corner of Lu Old City, 4 million
yuan RMB) and A3-QFLGCC2 (Renovation of
stone tablets paviliions and Quanchi in Lu
Old City, 1.2 million yuan RMB).




Newly added, divided from the original
contract of A3-QFLGCC1.
The original A4-ZCMZC1(of a value reaching
18.0873 million yuan RMB) is divided into four
contract packages, i.e. Mencius Temple A4-
ZCMZC1 (4.9935 million yuan RMB), Mencius
Mansion A4-ZCMZC2 (5.3505 million yuan
RMB), Mencius Cemetery A4-ZCMZC3 (3.6932
million yuan RMB), Conservation of stone tablets

follows. Due to the counterpart funds, local
government decides to rehabilitate midstream
and upstream first, then the downstream. The
resettlement will be started ASAP. Footpaths on
either riverside and landscape and sanitation
facilities project couldn't be started until the river
course restoration is finished. So, it will be
implemented independently.
Based on the present market price, the estimated
