ECONOMIC HIGHLIGHTS
 External debt grew by 8.8 percent yoy to USD 388.7 billion at the end of February, consisting of
  government and central bank external debt of USD 193.8 billion, as well as private sector,
  including state-owned enterprises, external debt of USD 194.9 billion.
