Amendment #10 to the Administrati,n Agreement between the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation the
International Development Association concerning the Global Program to Eradicate Poliomyelitis
(TFO 50775; Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Grant No. 4890)
Deai Ms. Klingen:
1.     We refer to the Administration Agreement between the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (the
"Foundation") and the International Development Association (IDA) concerning the Global Program to
Eradicate Poliomyelitis (TF050775 (the "Trust Fund") dated December 3, 2002, as amended (the
"Agreement").
2.     The Foundation has agreed to make an additional contribution to the Trust Fund in the amount of
ten ni illion two hundred and eighty two thousand United States dollars ($10,282,000.00) (the "Additional
Contfibution").
3.    The Foundation shall deposit the Additional Contribution into such bank account designated by
IDA n installments in accordance with the following schedule:
(a)    Promptly following countersignature of this Amendment by the Donor and submission
of a payment request by IDA, ten million two hundred and eighty two thousand United
States dollars (US$1 ),282,000.00).
4.     When making such deposit, he Foundation shall instruct its bank to include in its payment details
information (remittance advice) fielc of its SWIFT payment message, information indicating: the amount
paid, that the payment is made by the Foundation for TF050775 (Global Program to Eradicate
Poliomyelitis), and the date of the deposit (the Deposit Instruction). In addition the Foundation shall
provide a copy of the Deposit Instruction to the IDA's Accounting Trust Funds Division by e-mail sent to
tfremitadvice@worldbank.org or by fax sent to (202) 614-1315.
5.     All other terms of the Agreement shall remain the same.
6.    IDA will disclose this Amendment and related information on this Trust Fund in accordance with
the World Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering into this Amendment, the Foundation
consents to disclosure of this Amendment and related information on this Trust Fund.
