Amendment No. 1 to the Administration Agreement between the Republic
of Cbte d'Ivoire, represented by the Ministry to the Prime Minister, in
charge of the Budget and the State's portfolio, and the International Bank
for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development
Association concerning the Donor Funded Staffing Program (Trust Fund
No. 073349)
Dear Monsieur Sanogo:
1.    We refer to the Administration Agreement between the Republic of COte d1voire.,
represented by the Ministry to the Prime Minister, in charge of the Budget and the State's
portfolio (the "Donor"), and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development
and the International Development Association (collectively, the "Bank") concerning the
Donor Funded Staffing Program (Trust Fund No. 073349) (the "Trust Fund") effective as
of September 23, 2019 (the "Agreement").
2.    We are pleased to acknowledge, on behalf of the Bank, the intention of the Donor
to make a supplemental contribution to the Trust Fund in the amount of sixty thousand nine
hundred forty-five United States Dollars and thirty-seven cents (USD 60,945.37) (the
"Supplemental Contribution").
3.    Further, we are pleased to acknowledge, on behalf of the Bank, receipt from the
Donor of the Supplemental Contribution on July 10, 2020. The Donor hereby authorizes
the Bank, promptly following countersignature of this Amendment, to transfer the
Supplemental Contribution to this Trust Fund (Trust Fund No. 073349).
4.    All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain the same.

5.    Please confirm your agreement with the foregoing, on behalf of the Donor, by
signing and dating two originals, retaining one original for your records and returning the
other original to the Bank. Upon receipt by the Bank of the original countersigned by you,
this Amendment shall become effective as of the date of the countersignature.
