  Zambia - Development Policy Lending (Credit) - Third Poverty Reduction Support Operation
  (PRSC 3)
 
  2.      The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation
  (IDA/R2012-0091; /2, dated April 9 and April 27, 2012, respectively) and approved the Third Poverty
  Reduction Support Development Policy Credit (PRSC 3) to Zambia in the amount of SDR 19.3 million
  (US$30 million equivalent) on the payment terms and other terms and conditions set out in the
  President’s Memorandum.
 
  Benin - Adaptable Program Lending (Credit) - Decentralized Community Driven Services Project
  (APL I)

  3.      The Executive Directors approved the credit to Benin for a Decentralized Community Driven
  Services Project (APL I) in the amount of SDR 29.6 million (US$46 million equivalent) on the payment
  terms and other terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2012-0101, dated
  April 13, 2012). The adaptable program lending supports the first phase of a three-phase, 12-year
  Community Driven Development Program.

  Bosnia and Herzegovina - Credit - Irrigation Development Project

  4.      The Executive Directors approved the credit to Bosnia and Herzegovina for an Irrigation
  Development Project in the amount of SDR 25.8 million (US$40 million equivalent) on the payment
  terms and other terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2012-0095, dated
  April 13, 2012).
 
  Kosovo - Development Policy Lending (Trust Fund Grant) - Second Sustainable Employment
  Development Policy Operation (SEDPO-2)

  5.       The Executive Directors approved the grant to Kosovo from the multi-donor Kosovo Sustainable
  Employment Development Policy Program (SEDPP) Trust Fund for a Second Sustainable Employment
  Development Policy Operation (SEDPO-2) in the amount of EUR 23 million (US$30 million equivalent)
  on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2012-0092, dated April 11,
  2012).

  Minutes of Previous Meetings

  6.     The Executive Directors recorded their approval on April 30, 2012 of the two sets of Minutes of
  meetings held on April 5, 2012 (XM2012-0001[IDA/XM2012-0001) and
  (M2012-0029[IDA/M2012-0029]).  

    Date of Next Meeting

    7.       It was agreed to hold a meeting of the Executive Directors of the Bank and IDA on Tuesday, May
    8, 2012.

    Adjournment

    8.      The meeting adjourned at 1:10 p.m.
