As a result, there were no disbursements in the reporting period and some of the remaining project activities have been further delayed. Most of the delays are related to activities supported by DLI 5 and 8, though some important progress on these has also been made during the reporting period. Activities supported by other DLIs have either been completed or are on track to be completed early 2021. Number of unemployed decreased both in 2018 and 2019, and has remained at this lower level in 2020. Thus, the pool of unemployed is now lower by about 200,000 compared to baseline 2014.
