OFFICIAL 78 Modification No. 13 to the Contribution Arrangement Between the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research and the Trusttefor the CGIAR Fund (MTO 069018) (Dt nor reference SMNC/2011/046: Diversification and inle usflcation of rice-based systems in lower Myanmar) Dated October 23, 2012 WHEFE AS, a Contribution Arrangeirient dated April 27, 2011 was made by the International Bank for Recon,ruction and Development (th, "Bank") and the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Researc i (the "Fund Donor," and toðer with the Bank, the "Participants") (as amended from time to time, the "Contribution Arrangement") for the purpose of receiving funds for the multi-donor trust fund for the CGIAR, MTO 069018, and foi which capitalized terms used therein and herein are used as defined in the 5lossary as such :erm is defined in Annex 1 (Defined Terms) attached to such Contribution Arranoment; and WHEREAS, the Fund Donor wishes tD contribute additional funds to the CGIAR Fund; NOW THEREFORE, the Participants hereto have come to the following understanding: 1. The Fund Donor has decided to -ontribute a supplemental amount of AUD 2,000,000.00 (two million Australian dollars (the "Supr lemental Contribution," which is understood to be a "Contribution" as defined in the Glossary:' to the CGIAR Fund as specified in paragraph 3 below. 2. Fhe Supplemental Contribution will be administered by the Trustee on behalf of the Fund Donor in accordance with the ter-ns and conJitions specified in the Contribution Arrangement, including Annex I (Defined Terms) (until such time as Annex 1 is replaced by the Glossary through inclusion thereof in the Common Operational Framework, at which time such Glossary will be incorporated by reference into the Contribution Arrangement), Annex 2 (Trustee Provisions), and Annex 3 (Form of W3 Transfer Agreement), as well as the Governance Framework and the CGIAR Principles, which are hereby incorporated by reference, all of whic i constitute an integral part of the Contribution Arrangement. 3. The Fund Donor will deposit the Supplemental Contribution in cash through a bank transfer into such account with such bank designated by the Trustee in accordance with the following payment schedu e, in each case upon submission of a payment request by the Trustee: (i) AUD 329,640.82 (three hundred twenty-nine thousand six hundred forty Australian dollars and eighty-tw: cents) upon effectiveness of this ("Installment 1"); (ii) AUD 226,730.61 (two h indred twenty-six thousand seven hundred thirty Australian dollars and sixty-one cents) on o - before January 31, 2013 ("Installment 2"); (iii) AUD 232,064.29 (two hundred thirty-two thousand sixty-four Australian dollars and twenty- nine cents) on or before 5 epte nber 30, 2013 ("Installment 3"); (iv) AUD 234,11 ;.37 (two hundred thirty-four thousand one hundred eighteen Australian dollars and thirty-seven cents) on or before January 31, 2014 ("Installment 4"); (v AUD 242,008.16 (two hundred forty-two thousand and eight Australian dollars and sixteen cents) on or bcfore Septeriber 30, 2014 ("Installment 5"); (v: AUD 230,807.14 (two hundred thirty thousand eight hundred seven Australian dollars and fourteen cents) on or before January 30, 2015 ("Installment 6") (vii) AUD 222,780.61 (two hundred twenty-two thousand seven hundred eighty Australian dollars and sixty-one zents) on or before September 30, 2015 ("Installment 7") (viii AUD 281,850 00 (two huidred eighty-one thousand eight hundred fifty Australian dollars) on or before January 31, 201 5 ("Installment 8") 4. When making deposits, the Fund Donor will instruct its bank to include in its payment details information (remittance acvice) field )f its SWIFT payment message, information indicating: the amount paid, that the payment is made by the Fund Donor for the CGIAR Fund (MTO 069018), and the date of the dep!osit. 5. It is understood that this N' odif cation is not an international treaty and is not eligible for registr3tion as a treaty under Article .02 of the UN Charter. It is an administrative arrangement between the Tnistee and the Fund Donor. 10. This Modification will be car-ied out as of the date of the last signature of the Participants hereto, acting through their duly authorized ropresentatives.
