Supplemental Contribution - Amendment to the Administration Agreement between
the Department for International Development (DFID) and the International
Development Association concerning the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for Zimbabwe,
TF No. 070941 (succeeded by TF No.071603)
Dear Sir:
1.    We refer to the Administration Agreement between the United Kingdom of Great Britain
and Northern Ireland, acting through the Department for International Department ("DFID") (the
"Donor") and the International Development Association (the "Bank"), regarding the Multi-
Donor Trust Fund for Zimbabwe (the "Trust Fund") TF No. 070941 (succeeded by TF
No.071603), effective as of February 01, 2008 (the "Administration Agreement").
2.    We are pleased to acknowledge, on behalf of the Bank, the intention of the Donor to
make a supplemental contribution to the Trust Fund in the amount of one million five hundred
thousand Pounds Sterling (El,500,000) (the "Supplemental Contribution").
3.    The Donor shall deposit the Supplemental Contribution into such bank account
designated by the Bank in installments in accordance with the following schedule:
(a)   Promptly following countersignature of this letter by the Donor and submission of
a payment request by the Bank, the amount of seven hundred fifty thousand
Pounds Sterling (L750,000).
(b)   In November 2013, upon written request by the Bank, seven hundred fifty
thousand Pounds Sterling (750,000).
4.    When making the deposit, the Donor shall instruct its bank to include in its payment
details information (remittance advice) field of its SWIFT payment message, information
indicating: the amount paid, that the payment is made by Donor for TFO71603, the Multi-Donor

Trust Fund for Zimbabwe, and the date of the deposit. In addition, the Donor shall provide a
copy of the Donor's deposit instruction to the Bank's Accounting Trust Funds Division by e-mail
sent to tfremitadvice(Zworldbank.org or by fax sent to (202) 614-1315.
5.    Immediately upon receipt of the Contribution funds, the Bank will convert such funds
into United States Dollars.
6.    All other terms of the Administration Agreement shall remain the same.
7.    The Bank will disclose this Agreement and related information on this Trust Fund in
accordance with the World Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering into this
Agreement, the Donor consents to disclosure of this Agreement and related information on this
Trust Fund.
8.    Please confirm your understanding to the foregoing, on behalf of the Donor, by signing,
dating, and returning to us one of the enclosed originals of this Amendment. Upon receipt by the
Bank of the original of this Amendment countersigned by you, this Amendment will become
effective as of the countersignature.
