Critical consulting assignments under Components 1 and 2 are yielding important preliminary results in advancing with the design of the UMIS and in the areas of Municipal Finance and Urban Planning. Greater counterpart engagement is needed, however, at MUDH to ensure institutional strengthening and the reform agenda take hold in an evolving institutional environment.
