Amendment No. 5 to the Supplemental Arrangement between the Ministry of Finance of Japan and
      the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development
        Association regarding the Single-Donor Trust Fund for Funding of Japanese Advisors in the
                                        Executive Director’s Office

                   (Trust Fund No. 072786 parallel to original Trust Fund No. 072381)

1.      Reference is made to the Supplemental Arrangement between the Ministry of Finance of Japan (the
“Donor”) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International
Development Association (collectively, the “Bank” and together with the Donor, the “Parties” and each a
“Party”), regarding the Single-Donor Trust Fund for Funding of Japanese Advisors in the Executive
Director’s Office (Trust Fund No. 072786 parallel to original Trust Fund No. 072381) (the “Trust Fund”)
effective as of March 29, 2017, as amended on June 9, 2017 (Amendment No. 1), March 16, 2018
(Amendment No. 2), May 23, 2019 (Amendment No. 3), and July 7, 2020 (Amendment No. 4) (the
“Supplemental Arrangement ”).

2.      The Bank acknowledges that the Donor agrees to provide a supplemental contribution in the
amount of three hundred forty-five thousand United States Dollars (US$345,000) (the “Contribution”) for
the Trust Fund in accordance with the terms of the Supplemental Arrangement.

3.     The Donor hereby authorizes the Bank to transfer, promptly following countersignature of this
Amendment, the Contribution from the PHRD Multilateral Account (Trust Fund No. 083312) to the Single-
Donor Trust Fund for Funding of Japanese Advisors in the Executive Director’s Office (Trust Fund No.
072786).

4.        All other terms of the Supplemental Arrangement shall remain the same.

5.     The Bank will disclose this Amendment in accordance with the Bank’s Policy on Access to
Information. By entering into this Amendment, the Donor consents to such disclosure.

6.       Each of the Parties represents, by confirming its acceptance below, that it is authorized to enter into
this Amendment and act in accordance with its terms and conditions. The Parties are requested to sign and
date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed Amendment, this Amendment
will become effective as of the date of the last signature.
