The modules for training have been drafted and are under review, a prototype for the online community platform has been developed, and the revision of the teacher’s appraisal instrument has been finalized and training has been completed. The pilot for technology assisted learning is on its way, although hardware issues remain a challenge. The final design and construction document for the new school construction has gone to tender, and technical specifications for furniture and equipment is almost complete. Finally, the education management information system has been developed and the pilot of 20 schools is on track to be completed. However, delays have persisted in many of the activities. The in-service mathematics training itself has yet to commence, the mathematics standards contract has yet to be signed, and the process for the civil works is behind schedule. Nonetheless, with continuous monitoring and effort, the Project can achieve its objectives by the closing (March 31, 2020).
