We refer to the Contribution Agreement between the Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Australian Agency for International Development ("AusAID") (the "Contributor") and the International Bank for Reconstruction ard Development (the "IBRD") as trustee (the "Trustee") of the trust fund for the Strategic Climate Fund ("SCF") (MTO No. 069012) (the "Trust Fund") dated June 11, 2009, as amended ("Contribution Agreement"). 2. We are pleased to acknowledge, on behalf of the Trustee, the intention of the Contributor to make a supplemental contribution to the Trust Fund in the amount of ten million Australian Dollars (AUDIO,000,000) as a grant contributioi to the Trust Fund (the "Supplemental Grant Contribution"). With this Supplemental Grant Contribution, the total amount allocated by the Contributor to this Trust Fund will now aggregate to eighty five million and five hundred thousand Australian Dollars (AUD 85,500,000) (the "Contribution"). 3. Pursuant to paragraph 3.2 of the SCF Standard Provisions, the Contributor designates that the Supplemental Grant Contribution shall be allocated in full to the Program on Scaling-up Renewable Energy in Low-income Countries (SREP) 4. The Contributor shall deposit the Supplemental Grant Contribution into such bank account designated by the Trustee in installments in accordance with the following schedule: (a) promptly following countersignature of this Agreement by the Contributor and submission of a payment request by the Trustee, nine million and one hundred thousand Australian Dollars (AUD 9,100,000); and (b) on or before June 30, 2013 and upon submission of a payment request by the Trustee, nine hundred thousand Australian Dollars (AUD 900,000). -2- 5. When making each such deposit the Contributor shall instruct its bank to include in its payment details information (remittance advice) f eld of its SWIFT payment message, information indicating: the amount paid, that the payment is made by Contributor for MTO No. 069012 (Strategic Climate Fund), and the date of the deposit. 6. Promptly following receipt of the Supplemental Grant Contribution funds in cash and the Trustee's determination that the funds I ave been credited to the Trust Fund, the Trustee shall convert such funds into United States Dollars. 7. All other terms of the Contribution Agreement shall remain the same. 8. The IBRD will disclose this Agreement and related information on this Trust Fund in accordance with the World Bank Policy on Access t3 Information. By entering into this Agreement, the Contributor consents to disclosure of this Agreement and related information on this Trust Fund. 9. Please confirm your understand ng to the foregoing, on behalf of the Contributor, by signing, dating, and returning to us one of the enclosed originals of this Agreement. Upon receipt by the Trustee of the original of this Agreement countersigned by you, this Agreement will become effective as of the date of the countersignature.
