A framework for urban transport studies (English)

A framework for conducting urban transportation studies as part of larger urban projects is developed. A three-step urban transportation study method is proposed: 1) establisment of a general land-use development plan; 2) analysis of transportation supply and demand; and 3) evaluation of individual projects.
