Denton, Corporate Secretariat Adaptable Program Lending Credit to Senegal - Quality Education for All Project 2. The Executive Directors considered the President's Memorandum and Recommendation (IDA/R2000-33 dated March 23, 2000 and IDA/R2000-33/1 [PAD] dated March 28, 2000) and approved the credit to the Republic of Senegal for a Quality Education for all Project in the amount of SDR 36.7 million (US$50.0 million equivalent) on the payment terms and other terms and conditions set out in the President's Memorandum. The credit constitutes the first in a series of three APLs for the Ten-year Education and Training Program, not exceeding in the aggregate the amount of US$210.0 million over the next ten years. Loan to Poland - Rural Development Project 3. The Executive Directors considered the President's Memorandum and Recommendation (R2000-37 dated March 23, 2000) and approved the loan to the Republic of Poland for a Rural Development Project in the amount of US$120.0 million on the payment terms and other terms and conditions set out in the President's Memorandum. Adaptable Program Lending Loan to Colombia - Rural Education Project 4. The Executive Directors considered the President's Memorandum and Recommendation (IDA/R2000-35 dated March 23, 2000) and approved the loan to the Republic of Colombia for a Rural Education Project in the amount of US$20.0 million on the payment terms and other terms and conditions set out in the President's Memorandum. The loan constitutes the first in a series of three APLs for the First Phase of the Rural Education Program, not exceeding in the aggregate the amount of US$60.0 million over the next nine to twelve years. Credit to India - Andhra Pradesh District Poverty Initiatives Project 5. The Executive Directors approved the credit to India for an Andhra Pradesh District Poverty Initiatives Project in the amount of SDR 82.9 million (US$111.0 million equivalent) on the payment terms and other terms and conditions set out in the President's Memorandum (IDA/R2000-34 dated March 23, 2000). 3 M2000-19 IDA/M2000-19 Mexico: Highway Rehabilitation and Traffic Safety Project (Loan 3628-ME) - Amendment to the Loan and Guarantee Agreements 6. The Executive Directors recorded their approval on April 7, 2000 of the recommendation contained in paragraph 20 of the Memorandum from the President entitled "Mexico: Higliway Rehabilitation and Traffic Safety Project (Loan 3628-ME) - Amendment to the Loan and Guarantee Agreements"(R2000-38). Date of Next Meeting 7. It was agreed to hold a meeting of the Executive Directors of the Bank and IDA on Thursday, April 13, 2000. Adjournment 8.
