Project Development Objective Communities of conflict-affected areas, internally displaced people, and
rebel returnees benefitfrom visible restoration of some basic services of their choice and sustained by more
accountable Local Government Units (LGUs).Project Development Outcomes Outcome 1: Communities
of conflict-affected areas, internally displaced people, and rebel returneeshave satisfactorily decided on,
planned and implemented sub-projects of their choice. Outcome 2: LGU capacity is improved forproject
planning, resolving conflicts, project implementation and seeking resources for sub-projects in conflict-
affectedcommunities Outcome 3: The Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA), as the local program
management office and other implementingpartners, have achieved sufficient management capacity to
work with local government units (LGUs) and local development groups, inreconstruction and
development activities.
