Amendment to the Administration Agreement between the Government of the United
King-im of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, acting through the Department fir
Intervational Development (DFID) and the International Bank for Reconstruction
and Development and the International Development Association concerning the
Multi-donor Trust Fund for the Africa Climate Change Program Trust Fund
(TFO71857)
Dear Ms. Herbert:
1.    We refer to the Administration Agreement between the Government of the United
Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, acting through the Department for International
Development ("DFID") (the "Dono: ") and the International Bank for Reconstruction and
Development and the International Development Association (collectively, the "Bank"),
regar'ing the Multi-donor Trust Fund established for the Africa Climate Change Program Trust
Fund (the "Trust Fund") (TFO71857) effective as of March 14, 2012 (the "Administration
Agreement").
2.    Pursuant to recent discussions between the Bank and the Donor, the Bank proposes to
amend the Administration Agreement to read as follows:
Paragraph 3 of the Administralion Agreement is modified to read as follows:
"The Donor shall deposit the Contribution into such bank account designated by the Bank
in installments in accordance with the following schedule:
(a) promptly following countersignature of the Agreement by the Donor and submission
of a payment request by the Bank, two hundred twenty Pounds Sterling (f220,000);
(b) on or before November 1, 2012, three hundred Pounds Sterling (300,000) and
submission of a payment request by the Bank; and


(c) on or before April 1, 2013, one hundred eighty Pounds Sterling (f180,000) and
submission of a payment request by the Bank."
3.    All other terms of the Administration Agreement shall remain the same.
4.    The Bank shall disclose this Agreement and related information on this Trust Fund in
accordance with the World Bank PDlicy on Access to Information. By entering into this
Agre,ement, the Donor consents to disclosure of this Agreement and related information on this
Trust Fund.
5.    Please confirm your understanding to the foregoing, on behalf of the Donor, by signing,
dating, and returning to us one of the enclosed originals of this Amendment. Upon receipt by the
Bank of the original of this Amendrnent countersigned by you, this Amendment shall become
effec '.'e as of the countersignature.
