     Operational Policy Waivers for Projects under Implementation and for Trust-Funded and Other
                                 Operations not Approved by the Board
     and Extensions ofImplementation Completion Reports Beyond Six Months of Original Due Date

    1.    In line with the document entitled "Review.of Operational Policy Waivers" (R2011-0184
    IDA/R2011-0261), approved by the Board on August 4, 2011, Management is distributing this report at
    the same time as the documentation for the Steering Committee meeting of December 5, 2011.

    2.      Management would like to report that, during the month of October 2011: (a) there were no
    operational policy waivers granted for projects under implementation and for trust-funded and other
    operations not approved by the Board; and (b) there were no extensions of implementation completion
    reports beyond six months of the original due date.
