Dear Ms. Latortue:
This letter constitutes Amendment No. 5 to the U.S. Agency for International
Development Grant (hereby known as "the Grant") dated September 28, 2007 in favor of the
World Bank (hereby known as "the Bank") to support the World Bank's Consultative Group to
Assist the Poor (CGAP) Program. The Grant is hereby amended to extend the grant schedule by
one year until September 30, 2013 and provide an additional sum of $200,000 for a total
obligation of $1,200,000.
Section B, Period of Grant, Attachment 1 (Schedule) to the Grant Agreement, is hereby restated
in its entirety as follows:
1. The effective date of this grant is the date on the grant cover letter. The expiration date
of this grant is September 30, 2013.
2. Funds obligated hereunder are available for program expenditures for the estimated
period beginning with the effective date to September 30, 2013, as shown in the Grant
Budget below.
Section C.2, Amount of Grant and Payment, Attachment 1 (Schedule) to the Grant Agreement, is
hereby amended to increase the amount obligated by USAID by $200,000 for a total obligated
amount of $1,200,000.
Section D, Grant Budget, Attachment 1 (Schedule) to the Grant Agreement, is hereby restated in
its entirety as follows:
The following is the Grant Budget. Revisions to this Grant Budget shall be accordance
With Section C (Revision of the Grant Budget) and Section G (Amendment) of the Standard
Provisions to the grant.

Section E, Attachment 1 (Schedule) and the terms under the Grant Agreement remain
unchanged.
All other terms of the Grant Agreement remain in full force and effect, except as
specifically amended hereby.
The Bank will disclose this Agreement and related information on this Trust Fund in
accordance with the World Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering into this
Agreement, USAID consents to disclosure of this Agreement and related information on this
Trust Fund.
Please sign the original and all enclosed copies of this letter to acknowledge your receipt
of the grant amendment, and return the original and all but one copy to me.
