The Chair welcomed Mr. Jean-Paul Julia who was attending his first meeting as Alternate Executive Director.   World Development Report 2013 - Jobs   3. The Executive Directors discussed the Report entitled "World Development Report 2013 - Jobs"   (SecM2012-0277, dated June 22, 2012).   Malawi - Rapid Response Development Policy Lending (Grant) Operation, and Second Additional Financing Credits and Grants for the Irrigation, Rural Livelihoods and Agricultural Development   Project and the Third Malawi Social Action Fund —MASAF 3 (APL II)   4. The Executive Directors considered the President’s Memorandum and Recommendation (IDA/R2012-0186, dated July 9, 2012) and approved the Rapid Response Development Policy Grant to   Malawi in the amount of SDR 33.2 million (US$50 million equivalent); and the additional financing credit and grant to Malawi, each, in the amounts of SDR 16.6 million (US$25 million equivalent),   respectively, for the Irrigation, Rural Livelihoods and Agricultural Development Project; and the additional financing credit and grant to Malawi, each, in the amounts of SDR 16.6 million (US$25 million   Third Malawi Social Action Fund —MASAF 3 (APL II) on the payment   equivalent), respectively, for the terms and other terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum. Georgia - Development Policy Lending (Credit) - Competitiveness and Growth Development Policy Operation - POSTPONEMENT 5. The proposed development policy credit to Georgia (IDA/R2012/0175, dated June 26, 2012) was postponed to Thursday, July 19, 2012. The Executive Directors approved the third additional financing grant to the Democratic Republic of Congo for the Health Sector Rehabilitation Support Project in the amount of SDR 47.3 million (US$75   million equivalent) on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2012-0174, dated June 26, 2012).   Second Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund Project Grant - Proposal to Restructure   7. The Executive Directors recorded their approval on June 29, 2012 of the recommendation   contained in paragraph 3 of the President's Memorandum entitled "Second Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund Project Grant – Proposal to Restructure" (R2012-0144 and GEF/R2012-0018, dated June 19 and   July 9, 2012, respectively).   Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and The East African Community (EAC) - Lake Victoria Environmental Management Project II (APL Phase 1) - Proposal to Restructure   8. The Executive Directors recorded their approval on July 9, 2012 of the recommendation   contained in paragraph 3 of the President's Memorandum entitled "Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and The East African Community (EAC) - Lake Victoria Environmental Management Project II (APL Phase 1) -   Proposal to Restructure" (IDA/R2012-0179; /1, dated June 27 and July 17, 2012, respectively).   Panama - Rural Productivity and Consolidation of the Atlantic Mesoamerican Biological Corridor Project - Proposal to Restructure   9. The Executive Directors recorded their approval on July 9, 2012 of the recommendation   contained in paragraph 4 of the President's Memorandum entitled "Panama - Rural Productivity and Consolidation of the Atlantic Mesoamerican Biological Corridor Project - Proposal to Restructure"   (GEF/R2012-0017, dated June 27, 2012).   Guatemala - Land Administration II Project - Proposal to Restructure (First Order Restructuring)   10. The Executive Directors recorded their approval on July 10, 2012 of the recommendation contained in paragraph 3 of the President's Memorandum entitled "Guatemala - Land Administration II   Project - Proposal to Restructure (First Order Restructuring)" (R2012-0148; /1, dated June 28 and July 6, 2012).     Date of Next Meeting 11.
