UNITED KINGDOM „ff Amendment to the Trust Fund Administration .4greement between the Department for International Development of the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association concerning the support to the Trust Fund for Statistical Capacity Building (TF No. 021846ITF No. 027447) Dear Mr. Teskey, I refer to the agreement between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (the "Government"), acting through the Department for International Development ("DFID") (the "Donor") and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and the International Development Association (IDA) (collectively the "Bank"), concerning the Trust Fund for Statistical Capacity Building (TF No. 021846) confirmed and agreed to by DFID on July 3, 2001 as amended (the "Agreement") and to the agreement between the Donor and the Bank dated on October 18, 2001 in which TF No. 021846 was replaced by TF No. 027447) Pursuant to recent discussions between the Donor and the Bank the Agreement shall be amended as follows: The additional contribution amount of £ 1,900,000 (one million nine hundred thousand Sterling Pounds) made to the Trust Fund for Statistical Capacity Building (TF No. 021846/TF No. 027447) on June 8, 2001 shall be reduced by £710,000 (seven hundred and ten thousand Pounds Sterling) to £1,190,000 (one million one hundred and ninety thousand Pound Sterling). All other terms of the Agreement shall remain the same. The Bank may disclose this amendment and information with respect to this Trust Fund in accordance with the Bank's policy on the disclosure of information.
