Amendment to the Administration Arrangement between the United Kingdom
of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the International Bank for
Reconstruction and Development and the International Development
Association concerning the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for the Water Partnership
Program (TFO71044)
Dear Mr. Murgatroyd:
We refer to the Administration Arrangement between the United Kingdom of
Great Britain and Northern Irelarid, acting through the Department for International
Development (DFID) (the "Donot") and the International Bank for Reconstruction and
Development (IBRD) and the International Development Association (IDA),
(collectively, the "Bank") regarding the Multi-Donor Trust Fund for the Water
Partnership Program (TF071044) (the "Trust Fund") effective as of December 4, 2008, as
amended (the "Administration Arrangement").
2.    Pursuant to the recent discussions between the Bank and the Donor, the Bank
proposes to amend paragraph 2 of Annex I of the Administration Arrangement, to read as
allows:
"2.   Objectives:
The objective of the Water Partnership Program (WPP) is to enhance the Bank's
efforts in reducing poverty through: (a) sponsoring and mainstreaming pragmatic
and principled approaches for water resources management and development; (b)
improving the quality and effectiveness of water service delivery; and (c)
mainstreaming water servIces and management in climate resilient and green
growth activities, including in energy, environment, food security and
urbanization."
3.    Additionally, the Bank proposes to amend paragraph 7.1 of Annex 2 of the
Administration Arrangement, to read as follows:
"7.1. It is expected that the Contribution funds will be fully disbursed by the
Bank in accordance with tte provisions of this Arrangement by October 31, 2016.

The Bank will only disburse Contribution funds for purposes of this Arrangement
after such date with the writen approval of the Donors."
4.    All other terms of the Adm Inistration Arrangement will remain the same.
.5.   The Bank will disclose this Amendment and related information on this Trust
Fund in accordance with the Wor'd Bank Policy on Access to Information. By entering
into this Amendment, the Donor consents to disclosure of this Amendment and related
information on this Trust Fund.
5.   We propose that this letter will constitute an amendment to the Administration
krrangement between the Bank and the Donor. Please confirm your acceptance to the
foregoing, on behalf of the Donor. by signing and dating the two originals, retaining one
Driginal for your records and returning the other original to the Bank. Upon receipt by
the Bank of the original Amendment countersigned by you, this Amendment will become
effective as of the date of the countersignature.
