1.      The Committee discussed the Quarterly Report of the Integrity Vice Presidency FY12 Quarter 4
(AC2012-0047) and Integrity Vice Presidency Annual Report Fiscal Year 2012 (AC2012-0049). The
highlights and conclusions of its discussion were circulated to the Board (AC/GS2012-0037).
