Amendment No. 2 to the Administration Agreement between Sweden, acting through the Swedish
International Development Cooperation Agencv (SIDA), and the International Bunkfr Reconstruction
and Development and the International Develoinent Association concerning the GFDRR Multi-Donor
Trust Fund for Supporting Disaster and Clinate Resilience in Developing Countries (Trust Fund
No. 073410)
1.     Reference is made to the Administration Agreement between Sweden, acting through the Swedish
International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) (the "Donor") and the International Bank for
Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association (collectively, the "Bank",
and together with the Donor, the "Parties" and each a "Party") regarding the GFDRR Multi-Donor Trust
Fund for Supporting Disaster and Climate Resilience in Developing Countries (Trust Fund No. 073410)
(the "Trust Fund") effective as of December 8. 2020, as amended (the "Administration Agreement").
2.     The Bank acknowledges that the Donor agrees to provide for the Trust Fund in accordance with
the terms of the Administration Agreement the aggregate amount of three hundred thirty-six thousand six
hundred eighteen and 26/100 United States dollars (USD 336,618.26) (the "Contribution"), consisting of:
(a)    USD 8,092.59 (including any investment income or loss accrued until the date of transfer),
which represents the Donor's pro rata share of the remaining balance of the Multi-Donor
Trust Fund for Mainstreaming Disaster and Climate Risk Management in Developing
Countries Original Account (Trust Fund No. 072236) ("Portion A of the Contribution");
and
(b)    USD 328,525.67 (including any investment income or loss accrued until the date of
transfer), which represents the Donor's pro rata share of the remaining balance of the Multi-
Donor Trust Fund lor Mainstreaming Disaster and Climate Risk Management in
Developing Countries Parallel .ccount (Trust Fund No. 072584) ("Portion B of the
Contribution").
3.     The Donor hereby authorizes the Bank, promptly following countersignature of this amendment
(the "Amendment"), to transfer to this Trust Fund (Trust Fund No. 073410): (a) Portion A of the
Contribution from Trust Fund No. 072236; and (b) Portion B of the Contribution from Trust Fund No.
072584).
4.     All other terms of the Administration Agreement shall remain the same.


5.     Each of the Parties represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is authorized to enter into
this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Parties are requested to sign
and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed Amendment, this
Amendment shall become effective as of the date of the last signature.
