Amendment No. 4 to the Administration Arrangement between the Government of Canada as
represented by the Minister for International Development acting through the Department of
Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development and the International Bank for Reconstruction and
     Development regarding the Support to Public Financial Management and Revenue
              Administration in Indonesia Multi-Donor Trust Fund – Phase II
                  (Trust Fund No. TF071375, Parallel Account TF072641)


1.    Reference is made to the Administration Arrangement between the Government of Canada, as
      represented by the Minister for International Development, acting through the Department of
      Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (the “Donor”) and the International Bank for
      Reconstruction and Development (the “Bank” and together with the Donor, the “Participants”
      and each a “Participant”), regarding the Support to Public Financial Management and Revenue
      Administration in Indonesia Multi-Donor Trust Fund Phase II (Trust Fund No. TF071375)
      (“Original Account”) dated March 27, 2013, as amended (the “Administration Arrangement”).

2.    Reference is also made to the Supplemental Arrangement between the Donor and the Bank
      regarding the Support to Public Financial Management and Revenue Administration in
      Indonesia Multi-Donor Trust Fund – Phase II (Parallel Trust Fund No. TF072641 (the “Parallel
      Account”) dated July 20, 2016, as amended (the “Supplemental Arrangement”).

3.    The Participants mutually decide to amend the Administration Arrangement as follows:

      Paragraph 13.1 of Annex II will be deleted and replaced with the following:

      “13.1 It is expected that the Contribution funds will be fully disbursed by the Bank in
      accordance with the provision of this Administration Agreement by August 31, 2020. The Bank
      will only disburse Contribution funds for the purposes of this Administration Agreement after
      such date with the written approval of the Donor.”

4.    In accordance with the terms of paragraphs 5 and 6 of the Supplemental Arrangement, the
      amendment in paragraph 3 above will also apply to the funds in the Parallel Account.

5.    All other terms of the Administration Arrangement will remain the same.

6.       Each of the Participants represents, by confirming its acceptance below, that it is authorized to
         enter into this Amendment and act in accordance with its provisions. The Bank and the Donor
         are each requested to sign and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this
         fully signed Amendment and respective amendments signed by all other donors to the Trust
         Fund, this Amendment shall become effective as of the date of the last signature.
