We are pleased to inform you that the Word Bank concurs with the request and has established March 31, 2023, as the later date for purposes of Section IV.B.2 of Schedule 2 to the Loan Agreement. We also refer to the letters from the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, nos. F.No.14/2/2019-FB.V dated March 30, 2021 and July 20, 2021 requesting us to reallocate the proceeds of the above-referenced loan. I am pleased to inform you that the World Bank concurs with your requests. Accordingly, the World Bank hereby reallocates the proceeds of the Loan allocated in the table in Section IV.A.1 of Schedule 2 to the Loan Agreement, as set out in Annexure I to this letter. Consequently, the Results Framework for the Project has been revised and the revised Results Framework is set forth in Annexure II to this letter.
