Fifty-four percent of these expenditures covered staff/consultancy, thirty-six percent for training related activities, and ten percent for equipment. Risks Overall Risk Rating Risk Category Rating at Approval Previous Rating Current Rating Overall  --  --  Moderate Comments The risk at appraisal has been set as low. The risk rating currently warrants to be raised to modest, because of the relatively slow progress of the disbursement-related readiness actions. For mitigation the Bank team will increase its implementation support to ICIMOD.
