Amendment No. 1 to the Administration Agreement betwepn the Royal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
the Kingdom of Norway and the I   a ione@*Bee     Reconstruction and Development and the
International Development Association dated as of December 4, 2013 concerning the Multi Donor
Education and Skills Trust Fund (No. TFO 72141)
1.     Reference is made to the Administration Agreement between the Royal Ministry of Foreign
Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway (the "Donor") and the International Bank for Reconstruction and
Development and the International Development Association (collectively, the "Bank" and together with
the Donor, the "Parties" and each a "Party"), regarding the Multi Donor Education and Skills Trust Fund
No. TF072141 (the "Trust Fund") effective as of December 5, 2013 (the "Administration Agreement").
2.     The Bank acknowledges that the Donor agrees to provide a supplemental contribution in the
amount of five million twenty eight thousand four hundred seventeen and 72/100 Norwegian kroner
(NOK 5,028,417.72) (the "Contribution") for the Multi Donor Education and Skills Trust Fund,
No. TF072141 in accordance with the terms of this Amendment.
3.     The Donor hereby authorizes the Bank, promptly following effectiveness of this Amendment, to
transfer a sum of five million twenty eight thousand four hundred seventeen and 72/100 Norwegian
kroner (NOK 5,028,417.72), which has already been deposited by the Donor with the Bank, to the Multi
Donor Education and Skills Trust Fund (TF072141).
4.     All other terms of the Administration Agreement shall remain the same.
5.     The Bank shall disclose this Amendment in accordance with the Bank's Policy on Access to
Information. By entering into this Amendment, the Donor consents to such disclosure.
6.     Each of the Parties represents, by confirming its agreement below, that it is authorized to enter
into this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Parties are requested to
sign and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed Amendment, this
Amendment shall become effective as of the date of the last signature.
