                          medium-term in the following areas:

                          A. Good Governance and Anti-Corruption (expected to be participated in
                             by Working Groups on Governance and Anti-Corruption and on
                             Decentralization and Local Government)
                          B. Human Development and Poverty Reduction (expected to be
                             participated by Working Groups on Millennium Development Goals,
                             and on Sustainable Rural Development)
                          C. Economic Development (expected to be participated in by Working
                             Groups on Economic and Fiscal Reforms, on Growth and Investment
                             Climate, on Infrastructure, and on Decentralization and Local
                             Government)
                          D. Justice and Peace (expected to be participated by Working Group on
                             Rule of Law)
                          E. Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation (expected to be
                             participated in by Working Group on Climate Change and on
                                                                      TENTATIVE as of January 10, 2013

                                Sustainable Rural Development)

                            Note: Mindanao Working Group members are expected to spread out
                            among break-out sessions to provide a Mindanao perspective to the
                            discussions.
