Action Plan
Section 1.02 (a) of the Loan Agreement
Dear Sirs and Mesdames:
We refer to the Action Plan mentioned in Section 1.02 (a) of the Loan Agreement
of even date herewith between the Republic of Tunisia (the Borrower) and the
International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank), to be utilized by
the Borrower to measure the progress in the carrying out of the Project and the degree
to which its objectives are being achieved. We hereby confirm that the said Action
Plan consists of the measures set forth in the Attachment to this Letter.
