OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS Amendment No. 3 to the Administration Arrangement between the Government of Canada, as represented by the Minister for International Development (acting through the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association regarding the Ethiopia Productive Safety Net Project IV Multi-Donor Trust Fund (TFO72631) 1. Reference is made to the Administration Arrangement between the Government of Canada, as represented by the Minister for International Development (acting through the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (the "Donor") and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Association (collectively, the "Bank", and together with the Donor, the "Participants", and each a "Participant") regarding the Ethiopia Productive Safety Net Project IV Multi-Donor Trust Fund (TF072631) (the "Trust Fund") effective as of November 10, 2016, as amended (the "Administration Arrangement"). 2. The Bank acknowledges that the Donor agrees, subject to legislative appropriations, to provide the sum of twenty million Canadian Dollars (CAD 20,000,000) (the "Contribution) to the Trust Fund in accordance with the terms of the Administration Arrangement. 3. The Donor will deposit the Contribution in the currency specified in paragraph 2 above into such bank account designated by the Bank promptly following countersignature of this amendment (the "Amendment") and submission of a payment request by the Bank. 4. When making a deposit, the Donor will instruct its bank to include in its deposit details information (remittance advice) field of its SWIFT deposit message, information indicating: the amount deposited, that the deposit is made by the Donor for Trust Fund No. TF072631 (the Ethiopia Productive Safety Net Project IV Multi-Donor Trust Fund), and the date of the deposit (the "Deposit Instructions"). In addition, the Donor will provide a copy of the Deposit Instructions to the Bank's Accounting Trust Funds Division by e-mail sent to tfremitadvice@worldbank.org or by fax sent to (202) 614- 1315. 5. The Donor (i) seeks to ensure that no current or former public office holder, member of the Canadian House of Commons, member of the Senate or public servant of the Government of Canada who is not in compliance with the Canadian Conflict of Interest Act, 2006, c. 9, s. 2, the Conflict of Interest Code for Members of the House of Commons, the Conflict of Interest Code for Senators, the Values and Ethics Code for the Public Service and the Values and Ethics Code for the Public Sector will derive a direct benefit from this Administration Arrangement; and (ii) recognizes that it is the obligation of such persons to ensure compliance with their obligations under the above Canadian laws and codes. -2- 6. All other terms of the Administration Arrangement will remain the same. 7. Each of the Participants represents, by confirming its acceptance below, that it is authorized to enter into this Amendment and act in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Parties are requested to sign and date this Amendment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed Amendment, this Amendment will become effective as of the date of the last signature.
