Amendment No. I foi a Supplemental Contribution to the
Administratcon Arran,zem nt between the Government of the United
Kingdom of Great Bri'ain and Northern Ireland (the "Donor"), acting
through the Deparlme nt of International Development ("DFID") and
the International Bank fo r Reconstruction and Development and the
Internationol Developme,it Association  (collectively, the "Bank")
dated December !3, 20-10 concerning the Central Asia Poverty
Analysis Support S ngfe-D onor Trust Fund (No. 071582)
Dear Mr Kilby:
1.    Reference is made o the i,dministration Arrangement between the Donor acting
through DFID and the Baik (the "Parties" and each a "Party"), regarding the Central
Asia Poverty Analysis Supcrt Single-Donor Trust Fund No. 071582 (the "CAPPAS
Trast Fund") effective as o: Decen iber 13, 2010 (the "Administration Arrangement").
2.     The Bank acknoNledges that the Donor agrees to provide a supplemental
co itribution in the amount of ;ix I undred fifty thousand Pounds Sterling (f650,000) (the
"Contribution") for the C APPA, Trust Fund in accordance with the terms of this
Amendment.
3.     The Donor shall depcsit the Contribution in accordance with the following schedule and
in the currency specified in Soctin 2 above into such bank account designated by the Bank (each
amount deposited refbrred to as m " nstallment") upon submission of a payment request by the
Bank:
(A)    By March 31, 2013 - E250,000
(B)    By July 31, 2)13 - f 50,000
(C)    By February 28, 201z - f150,000
(D)    By July 31, 2014 - f 00,000
4.     When making a depos t, tl e Donor shall instruct its bank to include in its deposit
details information (remittarnc ad vice) field of its SWIFT deposit message, information
indicating: the amcunt dep,osited, that the deposit is made by the Donor for TF No.

0'1582 (the Central Asia Povert', Analysis Support Trust Fund), and the date of the
d.osit (the "Deposit Instract:ons"). In addition, the Donor shall provide a copy of the
Deposit Instructions to the Bank'; Accounting Trust Funds Division by e-mail sent to
tfremitadvice@worldbank.<rg or by fax sent to (202) 614-1315.
5.    The End Disbursenet. Da:e in Section 10.1 of the Administration Arrangement
shall be changed from Apri[ 30, 2013 to March 31, 2015.
6.    All other terms of the Ad ministration Arrangement shall remain the same and
apply to the Contribution.
7.    The Bank shall disc oso thi; Amendment in accordance with the Bank's Policy on
Access to Informat on. By ertering into this Amendment, the Donor consents to such
disclosure.
8.    Each of the Parties repre:ents by confirming its agreement below, that it is authorized to
enter into this Amendment an I ac t in iccordance with these terms and conditions. The Parties are
requested to sign and date thi:i Anen ment, and upon possession by the Bank of this fully signed
Amendment, this Amendment shall b come effective as of the date of the last signature.
