Please note that capitalized terms used in this letter (the "Amendment Letter") and not defined herein have the meaning ascribed to them in the RAS Agreement. We are pleased to inform you that the Bank hereby agrees to amend the RAS Agreement so as to: (i) modify the deliverable timetable; and (ii) adjust the payment schedule accordingly.
